How to use this: The Decided FY27 column shows the current budgeted amount for each event. Type your desired number in Your Adjustment for any event (leave blank to keep it), add a note if helpful, then submit. When you submit, your numbers are saved here as the new baseline — so we can go round by round. A gold dot marks an event you've updated. Rows shaded orange are funding gaps — meaningful events still without a dollar.
